A 3-day Workplace on Work Environment Cleanliness System (5S) with a Continuous Improvement Approach (KAIZEN APPROACH), held in January 2010, in collaboration with a reputable international company in B2BHall.

According to Iran Mall Event & Convention Center News Agency, a 3-day workshop was held for executives and staff of Iran Mall at B2BHall.

It should be noted, (5S) illustrates the importance of the cleanliness system in organizations, to what extent it can be effective in enhancing organizational productivity. The system was first implemented in Japan and is named after the five Japanese words, beginning with the letter S and includes the following.

• (Seiri) organization;

• (Seiton) order;

• (Seiso) cleaning;

• (Sekitsu) standardization;

• (Shitsuke) Discipline.
