The Sports Complex includes various facilities for various sports and games, leisure time, spectacular games for the younger generation, Iranian families, visitors and business delegations, and hosting local, regional and international sports events.

Ice rink, located in the eastern Iran Mall, with an area of 3600 square meters (in compliance with the global standards) and a capacity of 400 spectators is equipped with VIP and VVIP stands with a capacity of 30 persons which provides services such as coffee shop and restaurant, renting professional shoes as well as other skating equipment in different sizes.

Multipurpose stadium with facilities for indoor sports such as wrestling, tennis, volleyball, basketball, futsal and sports facilities for the disable, is located on the rooftop. This stadium includes training fields and the main stadium, which also provides facilities for the disable. The Bowling Complex is located on the rooftop of Iran Mall, with 16 lanes. Clients are able to park their cars in the vicinity of the complex. Other access is also available from the rooftop and the Health Road.

The 1.2-kilometer-long health road is set on the rooftop of Iran Mall. It is equipped with the modern flooring in compliance with the latest global standards to prevent injury to people. Along this road, are located sports medicine, welfare services, organic food and sports clothing stations.
